Great Experience. I have been to a few foot and ankle specialists and podiatrists over the past few years…while I haven’t had any complaints, I’ve had nothing to rave about either…until now, visiting this office was a pleasure. The staff was attentive, kind and courteous. The office waiting room is beautiful and comfortable. The doctor was thorough and informative. I felt like he would spend as much time as necessary to answer my questions and concerns. It didn’t feel like he was trying to sell anything – orthotics, shoes, shots, surgeries…I would highly recommend Urban Podiatry both for their customer service and their medical care.

No Hip Surgery Needed! I was having hip problems and wasn’t sure what the reason was. I was told to see a podiatrist first before contemplating hip surgery. I found Dr. Bertolo on YellowBook.com so I decided to see him. The staff was very professional and friendly and scheduled me immediately. When I saw Dr. Bertolo he looked me over and informed me that the cause of my hip problems was due to my arches. The staff made me arch supports and I haven’t had a problem since. Thanks so much for your knowledge and help!! I’d definitely recommend anyone to visit Urban Podiatry!!

Urban Podiatry the only place to go for your foot care. I have been on several occasions for severe foot pain and the staff and doctor have treated me as if I were their only patient. If you have to wait it is because Dr Bertolo takes the time to get to know his patients and he may go over the alloted time that he has been allowed to spend with the previous patient. I don’t mind waiting 20 minutes for a doctor that takes the time to get to know me and my ailments. The staff was very pleasant and made me feel welcome – in fact the office is like a little home – I wish more doctors would take on the concept of getting to know their patients and to provide a warm environment

I recently went to Urban Podiatry and had a very pleasant experience. The staff was very friendly and courteous. I did not wait long and was able to get in and out very quickly. Dr. Bertolo is thorough and very helpful. I’d recommend this place to anyone that’s having problems with their feet!

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Bertolo and his staff. You are not made to feel like a number, but a person. It has been a long time since I have visited a doctor that actually made me feel that he genuinely cared about me and the pain that I was suffering. Dr. Bertolo explained (in layman terms) what was causing my pain and offered real solutions on how to relieve the pain. I wish there were more doctors like Dr. Bertolo. Thank you Dr. Bertolo!
