Appointment Policy
We do not have “grace periods” for our appointments. Our clients expect to be seen on time and we require the same from our clients. If you are late to an appointment you may be asked to reschedule. Our goal is to have clients in the exam room ready for treatment at their scheduled appointment time.
We do not allow non essential personnel in the exam rooms during visit. We ask that family and friends remain in the waiting area or vehicle during visits. Essential personnel would be the parent of a minor patient or translator.
If you miss an appointment without providing 24 business hours’ notice a $75 fee will be charged to your account. The fee must be paid prior to being seen for any future appointments.
